France Opens Rail, Grid and Urban Transport Projects to Private Partners

National and regional authorities are inviting private participation in high-speed rail, regional express networks, grid reinforcement and digital public services, including the Grand Paris Express programme.

HPC matches infrastructure sponsors, contractors and lenders with qualifying public-private partnership opportunities, supports bid positioning, and earns a 2% success fee on financed projects of around $180 million.
